Cancellation Policy
The Genericpharmacist is an affordable online drug store whose main goal is to give 100% fulfillment to their regarded clients. They make every effort to fulfill each of the orders the customer has placed and to adhere to the strict delivery times. When the customer places the request for a specific item, they provide the specific product that the customer requires and then use the client’s information to send the item. There are always reasons why a client or dealer may need to cancel the order. They make their cancellation policy to be flexible for their clients. The cancellation policy is in effect for the following scenarios:
- Limitation of the quantity available to be purchased: when the amount of medicine the customer has ordered is less, or the supply of the product in question is insufficient. This cancellation policy procedure will be in effect.
- Complaints and disputes: If a client has a dispute with the product, they must contact the customer service team as soon as they can to assist in finding an amicable solution.
- Unavailable from stock: If the item that a buyer desires is not in stock, the cancellation policy for orders is applicable.
- Unpaid orders: The Unpaid order does not endorse any unpaid orders.
- Cancellation by a client: Cancel by a customer orders at any time he wants but must have an underlying reason for doing it.
- Non-Receipt for Payment: The non-receipt of payment is considered a cancellation of the order.
- Refund: If a customer was paid with a check or credit card order, they refund the amount that is available if it hasn’t been paid.
- 100% satisfaction: If there is dissatisfaction among customers with their product or services, they can contact the customer service team. If they fail to resolve the customer’s issue, they can offer an entire replacement or refund the money.
